The Crisis Communications Courseware provides a structured, ICS-based learning experience that guides participants through understanding notifications during emergencies. Ensuring timely communication, coordinated response, and effective activation of campus, district, and external emergency partners. Participants will learn to align notification procedures with the Incident Command System to protect life, stabilize incidents, and maintain operational continuity. 

Delivered in three progressive modules, the course builds from an ICS review to developing emergency levels for response and applying effective incident prioritization.
